Appointments cancelled within 12 hours will incur a 50% charge.

All massage services are professional and therapeutic.
Any inappropriate behavior or language may result in immediate termination of the session and permanent banning from future services.
You understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and you release Brandon Massage Oasis and its therapists from liability for any injuries or conditions that may arise during or after the session.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Clients waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Brandon Massage Oasis reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
