By using the services of Brandon Massage Oasis, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These policies govern scheduling, payment, cancellations, and service delivery.
1. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or in person.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept:
- Most major credit cards
Tips are accepted in cash or via credit card. Individual therapists may indicate their preferred tipping method.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge.
Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to remain eligible for refund or rescheduling.
No-shows and late cancellations forfeit any fees paid.
All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or in person.
3. Health Information and Consent
Clients must complete intake, health history, and consent forms before services are provided.
Services will not be performed without informed consent.
Clients agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
4. Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian must provide written consent for any services performed on minors.
5. Therapist Boundaries
All massage services are professional and therapeutic.
Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in a permanent ban from future services.
6. Liability Waiver
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
You release Brandon Massage Oasis and its therapists from liability for any injuries or conditions that may occur during or after the session.
7. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Clients waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
8. Changes to Terms
Brandon Massage Oasis may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase through our online Store or in person.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- May be used toward any eligible service
- Do not expire
- Are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- May not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law
To redeem a gift card, provide the code at checkout or notify the receptionist during scheduling.

Final decisions regarding scheduling, pricing, policies, and services are always determined by our staff.
