What should I expect during my first visit?
When you arrive, you’ll fill out a short intake form so we can understand your needs and any health concerns. Your therapist will then review your goals and tailor your massage accordingly. The environment is calm, professional, and respectful.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure your preferred time and therapist, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance. However, we often have same-day or next-day availability — check our online booking calendar for openings!
Can I request specific areas to be focused on or avoided?
Absolutely. Every session is customized to your preferences. You can request extra focus on certain areas (like back, neck, or feet) or ask your therapist to avoid sensitive areas entirely.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours may incur a late cancellation fee. Full details are available during booking.
